The purpose of this study is to examine a research on the influence upon the user satisfaction by the special makeup contents features and the influencer characteristics. A research model was established under 7 research hypotheses. The research subjects included totally 308 people with 152 men and 156 women by gender. The questionnaire survey was conducted targeting university students who have watched the special effects makeup contents. As a result, the following are the hypothesis adoption verification results by sub-factor. Among 5 sub-factors of the special makeup contents features, 2 elements had a positive impact on the user satisfaction. Even as for the effect on commitment, 2 factors out of 4 had a positive impact on the user satisfaction, 2 factors had 3 elements among 4 had a positive impact on the user satisfaction, 2 factors had a positive influence upon the flow degree. Whit regard to the impact of the influencer characteristics on commitment, 2 thing out of 4 factors had a positive effect, Resultingly, the flow degree appeared to have a positive impact on the user satisfaction. On the other han in consequence of having figured out the mediation effect of commitment when the special makeup contents features affect the uset satisfaction, all four detailed hypotheses were rejected. As to the mediating effect of the flow degree when the influencer characteristics have an impact on the user satisfaction, 2 things among 4 detailed hypotheses were adopted. Consequentially, in relation to the special makeup contents features, the reliability and the information had an influence upen the user satisfaction. But the information and the entertainment had an effect on the flow degree.
