Since China joined the WTO in 2001, the economy of China has been changed greatly. Various industries are developing in a short time. Thus, China has become the world's largest economy country in 2012. Due to the impact of the financial crisis, the economy around the world is in a recession situation under the circumstances. However, China's auto industry still maintained a high growth rate, especially in the luxury car market. This market is developing with more potential than others.
This dissertation discusses the China's auto industry in the current situation and the Luxury car of Korea get the market share in China. After collect the data and do the research, it can be found that they have a lot of deficiencies to enter the Chinese market. Then, to compare the LEXUS and ACURA win the great share in Chinese market, the reason can be find to solve the question is how Korea car can enter Chinese market successfully.
Finally, there are some strategies and recommendations to be suggest solving the question that how Korea car to win more market share. In my opinion, there are three main measures. It includes the developing of technology of the cars, the strategy of market sales and the manufacturing in the local places to reduce the sources. It also needs to consider the plan, method of sales and the evaluations after implement. It can be a good way to help the Korea car to get the great share of Chinese market.
