This study comprehensively investigates thermal effects on radio frequency (RF) components used in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) positioning systems and proposes algorithms to effectively compensate for these effects. Empirical analyses are conducted to understand the effects of temperature changes on the performance of RF components, and thereby, the positioning accuracy of UAVs. This validates the efficacy of the proposed compensation method through the experimental results.
