The biggest topic of corporate management in the global era is sustainability. This sustainability is linked to the recent management trend of ESG management. The core of ESG management is responsibility for the environment and society and refers to a transparent and sound governance structure. In other words, it can be said that it is a management strategy that puts weight on non-financial values beyond financial values. This strategy plays a useful role in further strengthening corporate reputation and brand attitude. However, the constant owner risk is leading not only to the national economy but also to tangible and intangible external negative factors. Based on these cases, this study attempted to verify the effect of the CEO of a company, especially the owner risk (inappropriate behavior) on the company through consumer experiments (survey). The owner risk of large corporations applied in this study was selected as an antisocial behavior of the total number of companies, and an experiment was conducted to measure user (consumer) responses after establishing corporate reputation and brand attitude as dependent variables. The difference was verified by generation and gender, which are demographic variables, and the corporate reputation interaction effect of generation and gender was also verified. As a result of the study, first, looking at the differences before and after presenting experiments on the risk of owners of large corporations (inappropriate behavior), it was found to be somewhat lowered at a statistically significant level. Second, in the response by generation, statistically significant results were not derived for both corporate reputation and brand attitude. Third, in the case of corporate reputation, both men and women did not produce statistically significant results, but the brand attitude according to owner risk produced statistically significant results. Fourth, it was verified that there was no statistically significant difference in terms of the effect of gender interaction by generation.
