The purpose of this study is to elucidate the factors that influence the dropout intention of female college students majoring in fashion. For this purpose, 80 people majoring in fashion at A Junior College in Gyeonggi-do were analyzed. Using the AMOS24 statistical program, the correlation between each variable was found through confirmatory factor analysis, measurement model analysis, and measurement model validity verification, thereby verifying the research model. In order to test the hypothesis 'college life adaptation factors will have a significant effect on dropout intention', independent variables were set as 'college environment adaptation', 'academic adaptation', 'personal emotional adaptation', and 'social adaptation', and ‘intermediate dropout intention' as the dependent variable. As a result of AMOS structural equation model analysis, it was found that 'adaptation to university environment' and 'personal emotional stability' decreased the probability of dropping out, and the higher the 'social adaptation', the higher the dropout rate. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant relationship between academic adjustment and dropout intention.
