본 연구는 항만 산업 패러다임의 변화에 따른 국내·외 유수 항만이 앞서 개발한 자동화 및 스마트 항만 서비스의 사례를 조사하여 광양항이 앞으로 스마트 항만으로 발전하는데 적용할 수 있는 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 항만공사, 선사, 터미널운영사 등의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사와 AHP 방법론을 적용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 총 4개의 측정 영역과 14개의 세부 측정 요인을 선정하였으며 분석 결과 측정 영역에서는 자동화 항만 개발 영역이 가장 중요도(0.4847)가 높게 분석되었으며, 환산 가중치를 적용한 세부 측정 요인에서는 반자동화(0.2017), 자동화(0.1683), 완전자동화 (0.1146), 민간 신기술 개발 지원 및 사업화(0.0667)가 높은 우선 순위로 나타났다.The purpose of this study is to investigate the cases of the automation and smart port services developed at domestic and abroad according to the change of port industry paradigm, and present the tasks that can be applied to the development of Gwangyang port into smart port in the future. In addition, through the preceding researches, the development of automation ports, smart technology application, support and platform development, and operation tasks required for the development and operation of smart Gwangyang ports are identified. The analysis was conducted by applying questionnaire and AHP methodology to experts of Port Authority, Shipping companies, and Terminal operators. The four measurement area and fourteen sub-factors were selected. The analysis showed that Automated port development was the most important factor(0.4847) in the measurement area. In the sub-factors that applied the conversion weight, the priority was shown as follows: a semi-automation(0.2017) as the first rank: an automation(0.1683) as the second rank: a full automation(0.1146) as the third rank.
