Background: The development of medical technology has led to an aging population around the world, and the lives of our country are also getting longer. The number of safety accidents has increased every year since the aging phenomenon of older people, raising the need to prevent them. Although ICT services with the advantages of interactive communication and real-time monitoring are appearing, but the errors made by older people not only have a low level of understanding of ICT but also couldn't consider their personalities need to be improved for safety life.
Methods: This study focused on identifying the needs of users through face-to-face interviews, which were analyzed to derive design guidelines and scenarios.
Result: It was possible to derive differences in characteristics and networks formed according to the scope of the aged. In this analysis, seven categories of needs for older people were derived and guidelines and scenarios were proposed.
Conclusion: The guidelines were classified according to the major situations required by the elderly, 'emergency situation', 'life care' and 'network', which presented scenarios to each Persona and suggested necessary services. These studies may be used to suggest multidimensional network-based ICT services based on different networks and living depending on the type of Persona. In future research, this scenario will be produced as a service prototype and eventually proposed to the ICT convergence service model through usability assessment and expert verification.
