The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of wearing functional inner-wear on kinematical variables during a golf drive swing. The subjects were 6 male pro golfers(28.34±0.82yrs, 177.65±3.37cm, 76.48±4.28kg)with right-hander. For kinematical analysis, this study used equipments with 7 motion capture cameras(300Hz) and analysis program(Nexus1.5). The displacement magnitude of the COM(center of mass), magnitude velocity of the COM, magnitude velocity of the club head and swing trajectory of the club head were compared of according to functional inner-wear wearing and non-wearing during golf drive swing. The results of the study are as follows. The displacement magnitude of the COM on wearing each event were shorter than non-wearing. Also, displacement magnitude of the COM was found to be significantly different in whole event. The magnitude velocity of the COM on wearing each event were more slowly than non-wearing. Nevertheless, change quantification of magnitude velocity of the COM on E4 was increase more than non-wearing. The magnitude velocity of the club head on wearing and non-wearing were found to be significantly different between BST-DS and DS-IP phase. Lastly, pattern analysis for swing trajectory of the club head difference between wearing and non-wearing was observed as being lacks smoothness of swing and came about two-plane swing in fallow though phase. To conclude, the functional inner-wear wearing was keep equilibrium for COM along with accuracy of golf drive swing.
