There are a large number of archives of Qing dynasty in Liaoning Provincial Archives Bureau, most of which were written in Manchu (??), at the same time, Liaoning Provincial Archives Bureau has the largest quantity of archives collections among provincial?level archives dureaus in China. Archives with a long history written in Manchu kept a detailed record of the history that Nurhaci (努?哈赤) unified Jurchens (女?), the diplomatic relations with Mongolia and Korea, wars with Ming Dynasty and the establishment of Later Jin Dynasty, etc; old scriptures edited by the government, commandent (??) and royalty genealogy (玉牒) and treasure trove of Qing Dynasty’s history, Royal history, demography and genealogy; the archives of Mukden imperial palace (盛京??府?) which were rich of contents recorded the various royal affairs and the running of serf manor in detail; because of the historical reasons the archives of Sanxing (三姓) and Hulunbuir were assembled to Shenyang in 1920s, 30s and if we take a look at these archives we can know the government to the Northeast frontier provinces by Qing Government, ethnologic policy and the fact of other countries’ invasion; if we want to study the development and changes of Manchu literature the achives record the affairs during alternation period of new and old Qingyu is a good choice; the archives of hereditary official title was made identify the officials’ status including desent, order of hereditary and seniority, etc; moulages of the authentic work were characteristic because they were presswork showed the conbinations of Manchu and Han literature, and that’s why they are especially rare.
