This study is conducted to explore whether service quality contributes to the continuance usage intention of QR code payment method, and established a research model based on previous studies. This research proposes that the role of QR code payment in service quality changes customer satisfaction, which in turn causes users who use QR code to pay to have an intention of continuing to use the payment method. The research background is set in supercenters in China. In specifically, service quality (interaction quality, environment quality, and result quality) may affect customer satisfaction (transaction-specific satisfaction, and overall satisfaction), which in turn leads to customers' continuance intention on QR code payment method. The data is collected through questionnaire surveys, and the reliability and validity of the data, mediating effect analysis, and structural equation model analysis are analyzed through SPSS and AMOS analysis software. The final results show that interaction quality, environmental quality, and result quality are all having a positive effect on continuance intention. In the mediation effect, cumulative satisfaction is more pronounced than transaction-specific satisfaction. Users' continuance usage intention is affected by satisfaction, and satisfaction is affected by service quality. When the QR code payment method can effectively improve the service quality, users will also have the willingness to continue using it. This research explores the factors that influence the user behavior of QR code payment methods. It not only provides a reference for other information technologies to research user behavior but also points out from the analysis results for service providers that increasing overall satisfaction can improve customer satisfaction more quickly.
