This study was conducted from June 2021 to August 2021 in order to provide basic data for future research in this field and the direction to be pursued by item by investigating and analyzing the recognition level of the national technical qualification test for each of beautician branches from the viewpoint of those who have obtained it. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 277 beauty school academy students in their 10s and 20s, and the results were as follows.

1. There were more women than men who obtained the national technical qualification for beautician branches, and those under 19 who are attending at middle and high school had the highest proportion.

2. The result of experiencing difficulties due to the limited time for each task was high, and the proportion of those who wished to work or start a business to earn money for acquiring national technical qualifications was found to be high. The preferred qualifications differed according to the purpose of the exam and career direction, and it was found that they had a beneficial effect on competitiveness.

3. The general beauty, skin, nail, and makeup of beautician branches all knew the acquisition method and test contest sufficiently, and the response was that it was absolutely necessary. In the question of whether it is helpful after acquiring the license, it was found that the general beauty was the most helpful among the four subjects.

4. According to the difficulty of the national technical qualification test, it was found that the nail was suitable, and the general was analyzed as a result of the difficulty compared to other subjects, so it seems that improvement is needed.

Therefore, according to the category of the National Technical Qualification Test for each of beautician branches, the role of the certification should not only show the efforts and skills of the acquirer, but also be trusted by society to help in practice and increase competitiveness.
