With the development of economy, the important of creativity in social development has become more and more prominent. How to improve the creativity of individuals and groups has also become one of the the focuses of contemporary education. Only by probing the factors that affect creativity can we implement plans to enhance creativity in a targeted manner. As the most significant influence on Chinese people's way of thinking, the zhongyong thinking is considered by researchers to be an important factor influencing Chinese people's creativity. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the zhong yong thinking and creativity, with particular attention to the relationship the zhong yong thinking of the group members and the group's creativity, in order to provide enlightenment for improving students' creativity in the education process. In order to achieve the research purpose, the research questions are as follows.
First, what is the relationship between the zhong yong thinking and individual creativity and group creativity?
Second, what impact will zhong yong thinking priming have on individual creativity and group creativity?
Third, how does the zhong yong thinking priming affect the level of the zhong yong thinking?
In order to solve the above problems, this research designed and implemented two experiments. In the first experiment, 160 students from Xingtai University were selected as subjects, and a group of 4 people were randomly selected to form a total of 40 groups to participate in the experiment. First of all, the level of zhong yong thinking is measured through the zhong yong thinking questionnaire. Then complete individual creative projects according to the principles of brainstorming, and finally complete group creative projects in groups.
In the second experiment, 208 students from Xingtai University were selected as subjects, Randomly a group of 4 people, forming a total of 52 groups. Firstly, at the personal level, the experimental group was activated through zhong yong thinking priming materials. After the zhong yong thinking priming experiment, immediately complete the group creative project. Finally, complete the personal creative project and the zhong yong thinking questionnaire.
Through the above experiments, the verification results of this study as follows. First, the zhongyong thinking has a significant(+) influence on the originality and flexibility of individual creativity. There is no statistically significant correlation between the zhong yong thinking and the fluency of individual creativity. That is, in general, the zhong yong thinking can promote individual creativity.
At the level of group creativity, the zhong yong thinking has a significant(+) influence on the fluency, flexibility, originality and creativity of the group's creativity. That is, the zhong yong thinking level of team members can promote the quantity and quality of the group's creativity.
Second, after the zhong yong thinking priming, There is a statistically significant difference between the zhong yong thinking priming and the non-priming group in the level of multi-thinking and integration factors of the zhong yong thinking, and there is no difference in the level of harmony factor. This shows that the zhong yong thinking priming in this study has played a successful priming effect.
Third, the zhong yong thinking priming have shown a positive effect on the fluency, flexibility and creativity of individual creativity. At the creative level of the group, At the creative generation stage, the zhong yong thinking priming have shown a positive effect on the fluency, flexibility, originality and creativity of group creativity. That is, the Zhongyong thinking priming has an obvious promotion effect on the quantity and quality of the group's creativity. At the creative selection stage, the zhong yong thinking priming have shown a positive effect on originality, usefulness and creativity of group creativity.
