Interpersonal variables showed significant differences according to grade (p〈0.001), major (p〈0.001), and residential area (p〈0.05). Community consciousness variables showed statistically significant differences in gender(p〈0.05), grade(p〈0.05), and major (p〈0.001). In addition, global citizenship competency variables showed significant differences in grade(p〈0.01) and major(p〈0.01).
Second, as a result of the structural model analysis among variables, the personality of college students had a significant positive(+) effect on interpersonal relationships, and the path coefficient was .731(p〈.001). The path coefficient between personality and community consciousness was .600 (p〈.001), and the path coefficient between personality and global citizenship capacity was .299 (p〈.001), respectively, which was significant. The coefficient was .303(p〈.001), and there was a significant effect between each variable.
Third, in the results of the effect analysis on mediating variables, interpersonal relationships(β=.280, p〈.001) and community consciousness (β=.319, p〈.001) were significant mediating effects in the relationship between personality and global citizenship competency. appeared to have Also, the double mediating effect of interpersonal relationship and community consciousness was significant in the relationship between personality and global citizenship competency(β=.272, p〈.001).
