The purpose of this research is to test and evaluate the performance of porous vegetation concrete with ionic resin. In order to derive the optimal ratio of porous vegetation concrete with ionic resin, the data of porosity test, water permeability test, strength test, pH measurement test and freeze-melt test data were analyzed for physical and mechanical characteristics. In addition, a vegetation experiment device was designed to analyze and evaluate the vegetation performance of porous vegetation concrete. The data of pH measurement and the porosity, permeability coefficient, and strength are compared with each other, which is used to explore the relationship between pH and other properties.
