Food courts are increasing in department store and various shopping spaces. Because of development of dining culture, quality of service in food court became more important than past. And quality of service in food court has been studied to affect the revisit intention and customer satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to identify quality of service in food court and to grasp the relationship between revisit intention and customer satisfaction. And to provide basic data for effective Quality of Food Court Service in urban area and sub-variables. So, through this study, I want to reveal the relationship between quality of food court service's sub-variables (Service Tangibility, Reactive, Reliability) and customer satisfaction sub-variables (sanitary satisfaction, environmental satisfaction) and revisit intention.
At the field test and verification, The Investigate was conducted on customers who mainly visit food courts in urban areas. The questionnaire distributed 228 copies. and Among them, 217 parts were used for analysis, excluding 11 inappropriate questionnaires.
This study used SPSS 25.0 program to perform descriptive statistics, factors analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows.
First, reliability in the concept of research was observed. The result of analyzing Measurement variables(tangibility, reactivity, reliability, speed, certainty, space) through exploratory factor analysis by precedent research, Cronbach' s α is within the range of .085-.887. So, internal consistency has been verified.
Second, Results of factor analysis of customer satisfaction in food court, Environmental satisfaction have verified that professionalism was important. incidentally, They responded price, mood and taste as important reasons. and sanitary satisfaction have verified that sanitation is more important than other food courts in the urban area. Environmental satisfaction Cronbach' s α is .886. sanitary satisfaction Cronbach' s α is .878. So, internal consistency has been verified.
Third, The analysis of the revisit Intention through customer satisfaction is as follows. Even if the price goes up or there is no time, they will revisit the food court which gives satisfaction. revisit Intention Cronbach' s α is .886. internal consistency has been verified.
These studies have demonstrated that the quality of food court service in urban area affects the revisit Intention through customer satisfaction. And positive analysis result, Most of the hypotheses that factor(reactivity, reliability, tangibility, sanitary satisfaction, environmental satisfaction) affects revisit Intention have been adopted.
