The rapid development of information and networks has profoundly affected people's consumption patterns, also convenient and fast E-commerce transactions have become increasingly popular. E-commerce has a certain "virtuality". Consumers can't really see the goods when they buy the goods. Such "virtuality" can easily leads to a series of disputes, including the leakage of consumer personal information. As a completely new creation under human rights sphere which is concerning private person's privacy, it needs much more attention than its current situation.
