This study on the premise to help adolescents get happiness in school life their mainly living territory makes life happier and it brings positive effect and makes adapt to adulthood, analyzed difference between character strength and school happiness and character strength up to adolescents personality to basis positive psychology, through precedent study and theoretical review it make structured measure and analyzed a total of 647 data is distributed to adolescents in Gwangju middle and high schools. Collected data were statistics process to use analysis of frequency, T-test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, the results are as follows:
First following gender and school class of adolescents the character strength shows no difference between both, but only excellence different up to gender. Second school happiness show difference in gender and school class of adolescents, following psychological stability in self-efficacy, environmental satisfaction, joy of learning activities show difference in gender, but friendship, relationship in teacher, environmental satisfaction in school class. Third the relationship of character strength and school happiness in adolescents show relevant to statically and also match up with theoretical direction. Fourth the adolescents character strength have static effect on school happiness. Therefore, in this study show the adolescents character strength effect on school happiness, for this figure out a direct relationship between adolescents character strength and school happiness, and has a signification from basic data what is the most important to reinforce school happiness. Prior to this for promotion to adolescents school happiness provision of supportive environment able to character strength and educational action and consulting will be come into action.
