This study is about the effects of partnership between partner enterprises which are located in supply chain of manufacturers on the outcome of SCM. The previous literatures on partnership and the outcome of SCM have been studied with one sample per one enterprise through its representative. However, to investigate the entire partner enterprises of one company and to figure out if there are identical research results, is required for examining the meanings of the previous studies. as buyers and suppliers collaborate mutually with one company as many partnerships in supply chain of the domestic manufacturers.
This study aims at making suggestions to build and manage SCM in the domestic manufacturers by deducing effects of relationship commitment and trust, emotional characteristics of buyers and suppliers in supply chain of the domestic manufacturers on adjustment and collaboration, behavioral characteristics, and then effects of behavioral characteristics on the outcome of the SCM.
In order to achieve the research results, the survey was conducted on the domestic manufacturers, and the collected data was positively analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability and validity analyses and regression analysis by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0.
The research results are summarized as follows. Relationship commitment, an emotional characteristic of partnership of supply chain affects adjustment, a behavioral characteristic while trust, another emotional characteristic has influences on collaboration, another behavioral characteristic. And, adjustment and collaboration, behavioral characteristics, affect the outcome of SCM. As a result, this study has a significance to confirm that the entire partnerships of an enterprise building SCM have influences on all the partner relationships and the outcome of SCM.
