The finding is influenced by the following aspect. In the past, parents were excluded from their children's school education. Nowadays, however, they are encouraged to participate in the education as companions. The increased awareness of parents has significantly influenced their children, even elementary school students. As a result, they are able to evaluate their schools with critical views.
A study has confirmed the educational potential of Rainbow Schools. In the beginning, their students have low satisfaction due to mediocre facilities and investment and little sense of solidarity; lots of students come from far-away regions. However, the solid school curriculum eventually increases the school satisfaction. As a result, the school culture innovation of Rainbow Schools has positive effects on school life satisfaction and self-esteem of students. That's why Rainbow School Students develop a higher level of self-esteem than regular school students. It is a highly meaningful educational benefit.
