Middle school students receiving educational welfare generally show dramatic drop of overall performance when attending middle school. It is believed that this phenomenon is strongly related to the specific subjects scores such as english and mathematics. In this paper, it is compared their performance variation of the specific subjects to the overall subjects. To know the feeling of burden of the students receiving educational welfare, questionnaire survey in between those students and general students was performed. To improve overall performance of the students receiving educational welfare most school operates 'dream classes' which opened at night. The achievement of each school and their student's interest were also investigated.
