While the emissions of pollutants such as sewage are increasing due to rapid industrialization, there are bad sewer systems which have some problems such as leaks, breakage and the lack of capacity at this time.
Because of this, the sewer improvement projects according to the plan of the Ministry of Environment are in progress. however there are some problems like dust, noise, industrial waste, the fracture risk of the underground utilities, traffic jam and the increase of the discomfort of residents in case that new drainpipes are replaced by digging. and it causes increased social indirect costs.
Therefore it is necessary to complement the negative factors of the method of digging construction. we are going to apply the method of trenchless replacement of old sewerages which have a lot of benefits such as low traffic jam, a pollution prevention, construction cost savings and the ability of making old drainpipes to be new one. also it can be used more than 50 years compared to building new drainpipes that can be used about 20 years.
