Since the opening of country to foreign commercial intercourse, China has kept a socialist system politically, while at the same time economically China has become the most competitive market among multinational enterprises. Furthermore, this economic and political transition has undergone transition at a very rapid rate. Therefore, the Chinese government has recognized that distribution industry as the charge to develop the economic of a country is more important than before. Specially, multinational distribution companies entried in China have been completed, and the circumstance of distribution have been changed quickly since China joined WTO. Most notably, the Chinese government has opened the Chinese Distribution Marker increasingly to fulfill a WTO obligation assignment.
There are, however, a lot of problems that government and each company have to solve for developing distribution industry in China.
This study, therefore, is to investigate before and after opening, especially multinational enterprises come to China's status and access to China's strategy to see that, and the Modernizing Plans.
This paper, consisting of 5 parts, propose a Study on Modernizing Plans of the Chinese Distribution Marker. The third chapter is analyze and compare between before and after opening the Chinese Distribution Marker.
