Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in zones of conflict is a nowadays' debate in business and the international security. MNCs are contributing for the world's development and peace. But in some reason MNCS can become conflict agents. The United Nations (UN) is trying to campaign pragmatic regimes to help the conduct of Multinational corporations in zones of conflict. The objective of this thesis is to figure how MNC operating in Democratic republic of Congo are conducting their business. DRC is one of the world's most struggling, where human rights abuses are severe. Countries with huge natural resources and weak governance state such as the DRC have been scarified from the world's electronic booms.
