The purpose of this study is examine the satisfied factor that perceived volunteer activities are effected to volunteer activities continuance, considered mediating effect through self-identity and self-efficacy.
The target population in this research is juveniles who lived in jeollanam-do, this study was analysed 1,727 middle school through high school students who lived 22 cities and county.
Satisfied factors are divided motivating satisfy, processing satisfy, resulting satisfy, self-respecting satisfy. Mediating variances are self-identity and self-efficacy. Dependent variance is volunteer activity continuance.
Collected data was analysed by using SPSS and AMOS for SEM(Structure Equation Model).
The analysed results in this study are as follow:
First, volunteer activity satisfied factors of juvenile are significantly effected to continuance.
Second, among volunteer activity satisfied factors of juvenile, resulting satisfy is significantly effect to continuance and self-efficacy.
Third, self-identify is positively effected to self-efficacy
Forth, self-identify and self-efficacy had mediating effect between satisfied factors and continuance.
the implications are as follows:
First, this study can be a valuable research through multidimensional approach to continuance of juvenile's volunteer activities.
Second, through using advanced analysing method, contribute to make a various research model.
Third, through gradually approach to find out volunteer activities of juveniles, this study tend to theoretical development.
