The local culture tour festival influences strongly as intangible tour resource. It has a big effect on region through positive effect that invigoration of the regional economy and improvement of the imagnation of tour purpose, economical ripple effect. Because of the reason, The local stance sets up many goals and accomplishes it's goal and tries to make a successful local event.
But, at this time, each local festival has many problems. Each region is not enough the Ministry of Culture and Tourism designated festival inducement and municipal entitlement is diffusing several festivals. So most of the local festivals ended up in preparing meanly. Especially, in nature, it is magnified only symbolical meaning of the local festival. Therefore, we need to shed new light on the local festival through the specific thema(title) and we must have more concrete and practical festival.
Local governments(=Municipal Corporation) will need research about how the festival is perceived and assessed of the competitive regions. Also they need to study about potential consumers' participate motivation and if they are satisfied with certain section. To revitalize fascinating festival, we need to have an academic point of view that understand visitors in a viewpoint of the behaviorism and grasp their behavior pattern and character. Thus, it is research that we investigate about the festival participate motivation, satisfaction and behavioral intention.
In this research, I accomplished the aim(=purpose) by combining the reference study and the empirical(=proven) study.
In empirical(=proven) study, I did a survey and then suggested the conclusion through analyzing result. The subject of study are visitors in the Bekjae celebration that took place by basing on the culture and history of the Bekjae. I analyzed the impact relation by examining the festival participate motivation, satisfaction and behavioral intention.
To sum up research finding, at first, I confirmed that the visitor's festival participate motivation is the harmony in a family, friendship, amusement, a varied experience, the Bekjae cultural tour, the unaccustomed daily life, etc. At this research result can be supported a result of the precedent study.
Secondly, I confirmed that the effective main cause of the entire satisfaction is amusement, the Bekjae cultural tour, a varied experience. They have a positive influence. Also, I assured that the effective main cause of rejoining and recommendation is amusement, the Bekjae cultural tour. For this result, it can be analyzed that amusement of the festival participate motivation is affected attentively the festival satisfaction and action intention.
The result can be accepted that The cultural worth motivates to visitors. Finally, the result of intergroup analysis of differences was confirmed that female's amusement motivation was higher than male's as for gender difference analysis. In the result of marital status distinction analysis, married group show up higher motivation in familial harmony factor, and single group show up higher motivation in friendly relationship.
Examination variable which demonstrated similar gap in the statistics didn't deduce in the result of regional classification difference analysis, but generally, satisfaction measurement and action intention of other districts were lower than a local residents.
In this way, amusement factor which is one of local carnival visitors' motivation is very important main key in festival contentment and action intention. It should be kept in mind whenever planing and developing festival program. Beside that, we should find out motivation factor about the festival characteristic theme and demand strategic plan to fulfill motivation desire.
