This research was intended to identify what could be the purchase decision factors on college students through the Internet shopping and purchasing decision of multiple regression analysis between customer satisfaction. As a result, there are 6 purchasing decision factors which are innovation, ease, diversity, convenience, availability, reliability that could give significant influence on customer satisfaction.
Therefore, explanatory variables which gives positive effects on customer service are telling us that the higher number of innovation, ease of use, versatility, convenience, usability and reliability draw more positive response of the customer satisfaction for the Internet shopping.
That is one hypothesis for the innovation, ease, versatility, convenience, usability, reliability factor, showed a positive effect. Hypothesis 2 in customer satisfaction showed the great influence on repurchase intentions.
Using the online shopping malls, college students feel satisfied with the company continued to repurchase. That goes directly the company's revenue growth and might create innumerable influence on growth as company expected. Therefore, higher customer satisfaction, repurchase intentions were highly magnificent effects appeared.
