We live in the highly competitive modern society being a constituent of organization. These groups have been introducing various management skills to catch up with time and doing everything to improve productivity and efficiency as well as it's real to accept the importance of human resource to lead some results from each constituents. It's due to good leadership of the human resource policy that give huge effect.
Therefore this study is about Bass' Transformational Leadership that proofs active examples to show Organizational Performance and it's due to reviewing the mediating effect of Perceived Organizational Support between leadership and its effects.
I can decide from this study thus;
1. it's the transformational leadership to appeal their staffs to give positive effects toward their organization by this study and Charisma, Individualized Consideration and Intellectual Stimulation are also producing positive relation for staffs to work at harder and content themselves, which is lower concept than transformational leadership though.
2. it was proved that there is a meaningful relation to relate transformational leadership to perceived organizational support so it can make their staffs feel their organization have been supporting and trusting them owe to their leaders' transformational leadership as a constituents of organization. It's meaningful for perceived organizational support to review mediating effects between transformational leadership and organizational performance.
3. it was possible to prove positive effective relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational performance.
4. while we proved mediating effects on perceived organizational support between transformational leadership and organizational performance up to changeable matters as and charisma, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation that is lower concept than transformational leadership according to the analysis of mediating cycle, we also proved mediating response between Formation Immersion and Job Satisfaction, which is lower concept than organizational performance.
Thus this study suggests that it's essential to develop transformational leadership and take actions positively to gain business goal. After all, all the organizational members will work toward innovation together led by concentration, enthusiasm and consistency on job over the high ideal and long distance vision meanwhile charisma, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation can make staffs improve their ability organizational interests for transformational leadership should be risen inner company to develop some program and system support in need.
Furthermore staffs have to be able to take some action for transformation not only for perceivedness, which can lead positively being included to result inner organization. We should support these staffs to act positively in their selection and make it possible.
