This study purposely have informed effectiveness and improvement on Outplacement program in order to reduce negative image for retired employees and appeal positive effect to employees devoting themselves eventually relating organizational production since Outplacement program was introduced 8 years ago.
In order to gain this goal;
1. There is a survey to ask stability of employment in the company or organization.
2. Which change can recent downsizing make employees on devoting themselves?
3. What can be expected to happen on previous job support program?
4. Which is real appeal of Outplacement program to employee devoting themselves?
5. What is afterward suggestion for Outplacement program?
As a result of analysis above purposes;
1. First stability of employment can effect employee to devote themselves in the organization.
2. Second effect can be helped not for emotional devotion but for constant devotion and legislation devotion.
Based on above analysis, we can explain main results of this study.
1. Employees have psychological effect on transferring and layoff over Outplacement program.
2. Emplyees have rarely understood on Outplacement program.
3. Outplacement program is less important than advertising and education.
4. More structural and detailed program is needed than Outplacement program present in work place.
5. Having successful Outplacement program, managing staffs and staffs should understand it previously furthermore organizational culture or leadership, managing system alike business support system must be installed to carry Outplacement program effectively.
I wish Outplacement program be enlarged and managed effectively for employees to contribute positive organizational devotion, they can reduce bad image on business in case they can face downsizing and they can be free from instability for their future after Outplacement program had successfully introduced and settled down.
