It's time for local public corporations to introduce BSC (balanced Scorecard; BSC) to maximize organizational results relating of organizational strategy in just rapid competition and changes in and out of organization in modern society.
But It hasn't been completed in local public corporation to study setting up BSC and enforcing organizational vision and strategy.
Therefore this study purposely analysis attitude and awareness of use to introduce and manage BSC in local public corporation and its effects.
This study lies these proposes
1. It's having a chance to research organizational members how to greet and cognize BSC' value.
2. It's a survey to research its impression and effects in work place.
3. It's a survey how to effect as we find some problem in advance.
As a result, positive attitude toward BSC introduction and operation can make high contribution in the organization. this means members need to be friendly and aware of its usefulness and contribution turns positive.
As we introduce BSC system, we need enough interests from many members to effect their system positively. therefore the more we aware of problems introducing and operating BSC, the more we gain.
According to the popularity trait, we analysis different wareness of BSC up to working span and rank. therefore it's different not from working span but from rank to aware it. in the other hand the lower they are ranked, the more they aware BSC introducing and operating. this means that lower ranked members are more flexible to accept new system.
This study aimed at side effect between awareness and contribution as we introduce and operate BSC. it lies in positive attitude and flexible awareness of members to effect its acceptance, which is directly connected to organizational results. organizational interests are also highly important.
In order to set up BSC and gain long distance results we should have positive attitude and develop satisfaction of job and improve job outcome based flexible cognition. in addition concern of official executive, related rewards, being included, and constant education and training can help organization with balanced job outcome, qualified decision making, boosting organizational change and activated communication.
