This study examined relations between core competence and competition strategies of enterprises. The findings were as follow:
Firstly, at a study on the effects of electronic commerce upon cost advantage strategies, customer response of electronic commerce had significant influence upon cost advantage strategies so that enterprises that were promoting cost advantage strategies could promote the strategies by customer response.
Secondly, at a study on the effects of enterprise internal competence upon cost advantage strategies, efficiency and flexibility of organizations of enterprise internal competence had significant influence upon cost advantage strategies, so that the enterprises that would promote the strategies were demanded to make efforts to maximize efficiency and flexibility of the organizations.
Thirdly, at a study on the effects of electronic commerce upon differentiation strategies, market response of electronic commerce had significant influence upon differentiation strategies, so that the enterprises that would promote differentiation strategies were demanded to improve market response.
Fourthly, at a study on the effects of enterprise internal competence upon differentiation strategies, three of enterprise internal competence factors, that is to say, productivity, efficiency of organizations and flexibility of organizations had significant influence upon differentiation strategies, so that enterprise internal competence should be reinforced to put differentiation strategies into practice.
Fifthly, at a study on the effects of electronic commerce upon concentration strategies, customer response had significant influence upon concentration strategies, so that the enterprises that were planning to promote concentration strategies were demanded to make efforts to improve customer response.
Lastly, at a study on the effects of enterprise internal competence upon concentration strategies, efficiency and flexibility of organizations had significant influence upon concentration strategies, so that the enterprises that were planning concentration strategies were demanded to make efforts to improve efficiency and flexibility of organizations.
