It is well known the reason why HANG-WOO, a great hero with few parallels in history is defeated to YU-BANG like a scamp is difference of leadership. HANG- WOO was poor to lead the army under him. He believed in his power, and didn't listen closely to his subordinates. There were many great subordinates under HANG-WOO but he failed cause of ignoring their suggested artifice. He is a model of autocracy. Some people misunderstand autocracy as very charismatic person and think that he got a leadership. HANBIJA said.
"The third rate leader uses his own ability, when the second rate leader uses others ability, and the first rate leader uses others wisdom" So true leadership is considering his subordinates real ability
First rate leader as HANBIJA said is not showing his emotion but act wisely with great composure, keep stable, and know how to manage the organization by maximizing his subordinates ability.
This research based on an actual proof, and literature records. We have been inquired military leadership alternative, according to our social changes and incoming new-generation soldiers.
It is true that there were many problems occurred by leading with old kind of leadership to New-generation soldiers who graw in totally different sense of value environment existing generation. Basic principle in demonstrate leadership is to motivate non-leaders to act automatically. An earlier soldiers learned how to obey under oppressive leadership without knowing exactly why they were in military organization. But for the New-generation soldiers oppressive and absolute commands make them to disobey and it becomes direct and indirect reasons to a lot of problems. New-generation soldiers are not rude mannered than old-generation soldiers but social changes and different sense of value make them in different way.
Therefor Leaders have to realize and accept changes in leading style and endeavor to convert to a new leading style which is fit on New-generation soldiers instead of comparing them with former soldiers.
Above all, corps management must be under logical operation with gathering the wisdom and ability of many subordinates. Second, the new leader who is satisfying social changes and globalization is requited. Third, leaders must be well acquainted to command and lead by take the initiative and set an example. Forth, It's absolutely necessary to take leadership's tasks to fostering leaders and subordinates expert knowledge in military organization activity. At last Leaders must be ready to do analyse and correspondence about environmental changes.
Social changes, appearance of new-generation which have a new modern war aspect and different sense of value rather than existing generation and so forth. Leaders duty becomes more significant than ever now a days. We made a conclusion that old leadership can not correspond for those new-generation soldiers and as a result we provided a new type of leadership for new-generation soldiers. Leadership for new generation soldiers can not take a place with only leader's endeavor, so in the thesis provided theory of 'Effects of Leadership' and 'Empowerment Leadership', and set a new policy to follow and understand new leading technique. Lastly leadership education program based on my theory will be necessary to provide right leadership education as I have emphasized in this theory, and it is also necessary to make exact complementary of concepts in military leadership and endeavor to apply it in the actual circumstances.
