A stress is expected to be continuously demanded as important human resources in the future through whole life. Of course, this stress gives great effect to army aviation pilots to decide the failure of the flight mission and unity of the military affairs.
So, the purpose of this research is to finding the reasons and correlation between job stress and job satisfaction help to manage human resources efficiently among the army aviation organization organized by officers and warrant officers.
Based on the reasons, I tried to systematize this research by gathering information, used the survey(Q and A method), from the army aviation pilots. The hypothesis, which is sympathized from 190 sheets out of total 240 survey sheets, has verified by using SPSS ver.10 program to grasp simplicity frequency analysis, confidence analysis, dispersion analysis, test approval graph, and correlation analysis.
The conclusions of the above analysis are as follow:
First, the job stress has negative correlation with job satisfaction.
Secondly, army aviation pilots got highest job stress comes by vibration and noise from following flight missions : night (NVG : Night Visual Gaggle) mission, air-shooting training, VIP mission, and etc. The factors of the job stress differs from his or her function in the working or rank : military officers get the most stress besides the military things, and warrant officers get the most from the his position and working duties. Army aviation pilots worked about 16 through 20 years got the highest stress and, by ranks, commander and aviator-instructor got the highest too.
Thirdly, from the result by analyzing job satisfaction, pride as the helicopter pilot got the highest satisfaction. The rate of job satisfaction is differs from different ranks. But, totally, both military and warrant officers have high job satisfactions in the operating mission time and term of service, (the aviator-instructor get to highest satisfaction during different ranks) And form the kind of helicopter, most officer choose the UH-60 as the best one.
Fourth, more a positive character he or she has, better circumstance is, more responsible upon the other is, less the trouble in his or her role has the job satisfaction higher.
This research showed there should he the effort increasing job satisfaction and decreasing the stress to improve the efficiency of army aviation organization. It is also connected with flight-safety of aviators working upon the special circumstances, and will be easy to preserve expensive military equipments and humanitarian damage prevention. There should be preparation of flight and education-training, maximizing the satisfaction and minimize the stress.
This study concluded from the results comes from considering and verifying analysis, surveyed by army aviation pilots. I wish that this research is used as reference data in employment policy and managing field of army aviation pilots in the future.
