I. 연구제목
유원시설 고공, 고속 놀이기구 이상상태 진단기술 개발
II. 연구목적
유원시설에 설치되어 운행 중인 놀이시설 증 많은 부분은 관리자의 시각 또는 타격에 의해 안전진단이 수행되고 있음. 그러나 위험이 발생할 수 있는 범위가 매우 넓어서 전 부위를 모두 검사하기에는 한계가 있을 뿐 아니라 내부의 변형에 따른 위험성의 증가 등은 원칙적으로 진단이 불가능 함. 그러므로 관리자의 감각에 의존하는 현 안전진단 기술을 대치하여 시설 운행에 방해 없이 비파괴적인 방법으로 놀이시설의 안전진단을 상시 감시할 수 있는 기술을 개발하고자 하였음.
III. 연구내용
1. 고공/고속 놀이시설의 사고 핵심 요소 정밀진단 기술 개발
: 사고 유발 요소별 비파괴진단 적용성 검토 및 최적 비파괴검사 기술도출
: 유원시설 놀이기구 사고 기계요소의 비파괴 진단 기법 개발
- 롤러코스터 주차륜 우레탄 바퀴 박리감시를 위한 적외선 열화상 기술
- 롤러코스터 레일 지지구조물 용접부 결함 진전 감시를 위한 음향방출 기술
- 와이어로프 단선 및 단면적 감소 감시를 위한 전자기 센서 개발
: 롤러코스터 구조 안전성 평가를 위한 시뮬레이션 기법 개발
2. 유원시설 사고 핵심 요소 현장 실시간 진단을 위한 모델 시스템 구축
: 비파괴 진단 기술별 위험정도 판단 알고리즘 개발
: 놀이시설의 안전을 지속적으로 감시를 위한 통합진단 모델 시스템 구축
- 롤러코스터 주차륜 우레탄 바퀴 박리결함, 롤러코스터 레일 지지축 용접부 결함 진전 감시, 와이어로프 단선 & 단면적 감소 감시 시스템
- 통합진단 시스템 운영 소프트웨어 개발
