 In a market economy, human resource plays an important role for surviving and stable development of enterprises. Therefore, it is needed to have a high quality human resource and suitable human resource policies.

Human resource management is a hot issue that lots of enterprises pay attention to. It is one of the most important managing tasks. Most of them believe that controlling human resource effectively is the main factor leads to success of business.
