 The purpose of this study is to find out the method that the Internet and school homepage which is the point of the information society can be used in school educational administration and management. So the followings are presented and studied to find its way.

First, how is the school homepage used in the school administration?

Second, how much are students and parents content with the school administration using homepage, and what do they ask for about it?

Third, what is the way of efficient school administration using homepage?

This study made use of the questionnaire, literature research and sample research in order to study the way of efficient school administration using homepage.

First, literature research was used for the theoretical analysis about electric government, educational information, information of educational administration and operation of school and class homepage. And I collected materials after surfing the applicable homepage to supplement that literature research.

Second, four high school homepages were observed for this research and their cases were studied.

Third, the questionnaires were distributed to the teachers in four high schools. They are professional high schools in metropolitan new towns and small cities which are subjects of study for homepage management. And questionnaires were given out to three groups of students, parents and teachers and their results of statistics were analyzed.

The summary of the research results to try to find the efficient method of school administration using homepage is as follows.

First, it was found that school homepage provides administrative service of high quality to people who are customers of the country, increases productivity of the country and maximizes productivity of school administration through e-government intended clear government administration and efficient information of school administration and should obtain suggestions about production and management from the concept of 'cyber school' which is another school built in imaginary space.

Second, as a result of example research, it was found out that school homepage management by its own web-server, development and acceptance of various educational contents and formation of cyber community.

Principal's powerful mind and support enables school homepage to be maintained, and it can play its role that it can overcome current limit and settle school problems only when school authority and teachers take active and receptive parts in communication with students who are customers of school.

Third, school constituents expect that educational activities of school should be made public through homepage, which will enhance efficiency of school administration. And school homepage should be established as imaginary space which suits teenagers' sense and cultural taste, is democratic and lively.

Fourth, school homepage was found to be used effectively so that control of system which is an important aspect of school administration might be complemented and students' sense of unity and cooperation might be promoted. So in the management of users of school homepage, school authority should pay attention to the management of school homepage by using pen names which reflect advantages of anonymity and real names.

Fifth, school homepage not only includes cyber learning class or subject homepage which supplements learning of regular subjects according to the curriculum but also be used for a space for performance evaluation and special qualification education.

And it can be used as a space of more activated character education by supporting participation, communication and interaction when it plays the role of complementing character education.

Sixth, school homepage includes students’ cooperative autonomy system. So it should have motivation by which students can speak out their opinions freely, thereby democratic autonomy can come true. And administrators and teachers should be generous about it.

Seventh, school homepage should provide every information concerned all educational school activities irrespective of time and space and cyber space which satisfy students' right to know things about curriculum and school management. Furthermore it should try to manage school homepage focused on enhancing clearness of school administration and offering service of high quality to educational customers.

Eight, in the real situation, most school homepage have their cyber space which plays the role of meditation and assistance in solving many problems in school. And with its help, students and their parents will have more opportunities to take part in school administration.
