If education is provided to create a relationship-oriented and innovation-oriented organizational culture that affects the organizational performance of social economic enterprises, and institutionalization of social performance to promote voluntary participation of stakeholders improves professionalism in terms of efficient organization operation and management, it can greatly contribute to high organizational performance, sustainability and development.
