This study examined the effects of task conflict and relationship conflict on knowledge sharing and job performance in the hotel and foodservice industry. The hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling analysis. The results indicated that task conflict had a significant influence on relationship conflict had a significant negative impact on knowledge sharing. Also, knowledge sharing significant positive impact on job performance. Furthermore a multi group analysis revelaled no significant differences in the relationships beetween task conflict, relationship conflict, knowledge sharing and job performance across the hotel and foodservice industry. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
