This study aims to verify the effects of the culinary major college students’ ego-resilience on career attitude maturity and the moderating effects of emotional intelligence. The survey for this study was conducted on 302 culinary major college students from April 1 to July 2, 2022. As a result of the analysis, ego-resilience’s positive future orientation and emotional regulation had a significant positive (+) influence on career attitude maturity, whereas no significant influence was shown on the diversity of interest. In the influencing relationship between ego-resilience and career attitude maturity, the moderating effects of emotional intelligence did not indicate significant influence. These findings suggest that improving the ego-resilience of culinary major college students affects career attitude maturity, which demonstrates a positive impact on college students’ career choices in the future. Moreover, although the moderating effects of emotional intelligence were dismissed, efforts should be exerted on studies regarding emotional intelligence for career attitude maturity.
