The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of kiosk characteristics on customer satisfaction and use intention. The study was conducted from April 1st to April 24th, 2023, lasting approximately 23 days. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, and after excluding 14 questionnaires due to non-response or insufficient effort, 236 questionnaires (about 94.4%) were utilized for analysis. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical programs. The research findings are as follows: First, usability was found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Secondly, it was confirmed that customer satisfaction has a significant impact on use intention. Thirdly, usability was found to have a significant impact on use intention. Additionally, through the analysis of age group differences, variations were discovered in usability, reliability, self-control, entertainment factor, customer satisfaction, and use intention. These results provide a basis for improving the usability of kiosks, and the study effectively analyzed the influence of kiosk characteristics on customer satisfaction and use intention.
