This study was conducted to examine the effect of self-leadership of college students majoring in aviation tourism on their continuous major activities and job confidence, and to examine the moderating effect of professor support in these relationships. First, it was discovered that behavior-oriented and natural compensation strategies have a positive impact on competency activities, which are sub-factors of major continuing activities, it was found that the natural compensation strategy of self-leadership had a positive effect on the expansion activity of major continuing activities. Second, as a result of analyzing the impact of self-leadership on employment confidence of college students majoring in aviation tourism, it was found that the natural compensation strategy, a sub-factor of self-leadership, affects positive on job environment confidence. Third, as a result of analyzing the impact of major continuing activities on job confidence, competency activities and expansion activities, which are sub-factors of major continuing activities, have a positive effect on interview confidence, it was found that there was no statistically significant effect on job environment confidence. Fourth, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine the moderating effect of professor support on major continuity activities and job confidence, and as a result of tabulating the effect of interaction, the behavioral strategy, a sub-factor of self-leadership, on interview ability confidence.
