The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between grit, job satisfaction, and innovative behavior among culinary staff in hotels. The sample for the surey was collected 326 deluxe hotel employees’. The validity of the measurement items was identified through confirmatory factor analysis, CCR and AVE. The hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling analysis. The results of structural equation modeling show that perseverance of effort and consistency of interests had a positive influence on job satisfaction and innovative behavior, and that job satisfaction positively impacted innovative behavior. The study's findings suggest that high levels of grit among hotel staff can increase both job satisfaction and innovative behavior. The authors also discuss limitations of the study and suggest areas for future research.
