As the only means of cultural communication, translation has an absolute position in terms of method. It is no exaggeration to say that cultural or philosophical communication begins and ends with translation. Therefore, it can only be said that the role of translation among heterogeneous groups is very important. However, despite its importance, it is also true that translation as a subject of the humanities has been neglected as a secondary sub-discipline. It is also true that the aftermath of such contempt served as the spearhead of an invasion that demolished the cultural and ideological bastions of weak countries during the imperialist era as the translator's rational and objective philosophy was not involved in the translation process. If philosophical reasoning is seen as a means of resolving heterogeneity and difference, the intervention of philosophical judgment in the translation process is bound to be justified. The reason why this thesis deals with the topic of translation philosophy is to point out and critically examine the realistic problems of translation progressed in modern understanding under the premise that differences cannot be the basis for discrimination.
