The purpose of this study were to understand the influence of culinary and food & beverage employee’s supervisor’s abusive supervision of work in hotels upon enger emotion, exhaustion and turnover intention. The sample for the survey was collected from 295. The validity of the measurement items was identified through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, CCR, and AVE. The hypotheses were identified through structural equation modeling(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data: χ²=263.383, df=127, p=.000, χ²/df=2.074, RMR=.097, GFI=.910, NFI=.929, CFI=.962, RMSEA=.060. The SEM results showed that supervisor’s abusive supervision had a significant positive effect on enger emotion, exhaustion and turnover intention. Also, enger emotion had a significant positive effect on exhaustion and turnover intention.
