This research attempts to analyze the relationship among participated motivation, major satisfaction, major commitment, career decision-making self-efficacy of the students of food service & culinary department. The verification result is as follows. Firstly, the hypothesis about the effects of major satisfaction and major commitment on participated motivation has appeared statistically relevant. Through this, many results in other various preceding research can be reconfirmed. second most important predictor influencing major satisfaction and major commitment. However social exchange had no significant relationship with major satisfaction.
Secondly, major satisfaction of had a positively significant influence on the major commitment for students of food service & culinary department. Finally, major satisfaction and major commitment were found to have positive influence in relationship career decision-making self-efficacy. The study concludes with the implications of the study and future research.
