As a result the more progress to stages of change in exercise behavior, decision balance (pros-cons) and fun (physical health, improvement of record, stress relief, social recognition, and self-improvement) of golf tended to increase. These sub-factors of decision balance and golf fun had positive correlation to the stages of change in exercise behavior. The results of this study suggest that If non-participants of golf have plan to participate to golf exercise administrator should intervene in all kinds of ways of golf exercise’s merits and fun for them. Therefore this positive change and progress of exercise behavior would be connecting with continuous exercise.
