The purpose of this study was to examine differences in health satisfaction, spectator satisfaction and manner according to participation characteristics of golf galleries. A total of 1,100 galleries attending golf tournaments held in Jeju Island were selected using a convenient sampling method. 1,017 usable questionnaires were returned to the researchers. Data analyses were conducted for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and One-way ANOVA with PASW 18.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) golf galleries’ perception of health satisfaction was significant different depending on their participation characteristics, (2) golf galleries’ perception of spectator satisfaction was significant different depending on their participation characteristics, and (3) golf galleries’ manner was significant different depending on their participation characteristics. Practical implications of findings were discussed.
