It is researched in this study that development of young children with disabilities and young children at risk can be effected when “DEP early intervention curriculum" is used. Eight young children at risk of experiment group with nine children of control group, and twelve young children with disabilities of experiment group with twelve children of control group participated in this research. “DEP development assessment” is used for pre-test and post-test of the experiment group and control group. Experiment group was trained with “DEP early intervention curriculum” for 16 weeks. There are four research results. First, young children at risk and young children with disabilities were meaningfully improved when “DEP early intervention curriculum” was used. Second, young children at risk and young children with disabilities trained with “DEP early intervention curriculum” were more improved than control group. Third, young children with disabilities group were more improved than young children at risk, Fourth, communication skills of young children at risk trained with “DEP early intervention curriculum” were improved more than other skills.
