The objective of this study is to explore the localization models development for Korean Restaurant Globalization.In order to obtain fundamental information and data on the following four parts, local customers frequenting Korean Restaurants in three metropolitan areas including New York, Chicago and Washington D.C, are surveyed. General information on local customers Dining Experience Korean food Information Personal satisfaction ratingThrough this information and data analysis, the following localization models for the Korean Restaurant Globalization are suggested.First, analyze the current operational status for the localized Korean Restaurants. Second, explore winning factors for Asian ethnic chain restaurant brands which are in operation.Third, develop localization models for Korean Restaurant globalization.
