The relationship between obesity and inflammation has been the focus of many studies. The aim of this study is to examine the efficacy of isoflavone intervention with controlling body composition (BMI, Waist circumference, leanmas, fatmass) and inflammation indicators (Il-6, CRP, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory indicators (Adiponectin, Leptin) on overweight and obese. They were analyzed by meta-analysis method and the random effect model used to synthesize studies. The results showed that isoflavone intervention was significantly effective in regulating body composition; BMI, Body weight (p < 0.05), Waist circumference (p < 0.05), Fat mass (p < 0.05), reducing leptin level (p< 0.05) and inflammation levels; IL-6 (p < 0.05), TNF-α (p < 0.05). CRP (p < 0.05).
