First, this study identified the realization of grammar items in the Korean language textbooks of three universities before and after 2017, when he International Standard Curriculum for Korean Language was developed. It was confirmed what kind of changes it brought before and after the International Standard Curriculum for Korean Language.
As a result of this study, it can be confirmed that the grammar rating list of he International Standard Curriculum for Korean Language is partially reflected through two versions in each textbook. First, grammar items that were not presented in previous textbooks were reflected in textbooks after the International Standard Curriculum for Korean Language. Second, the grammar items previously presented in different grades were presented according to the grades in the International Standard Curriculum for Korean Language.
Through the above research results, it was possible to suggest two points of improvement for the International Standard Curriculum for Korean Language for Korean Language. First, it is the unity of the curriculum and the evaluation institution. Because the curriculum and the evaluation institution are different, educational institutions have no choice but to follow the evaluation standards. Even though the curriculum institution which is the National Institute of the Korean Language, presents an international-level curriculum and present grammar items with reasonable reasons. Therefore, the curriculum and evaluation should be conducted on the same line. Second, providing sentences used in beginner's textbooks should provided from simple sentences of basic Korean sentences, to complex sentences. It is desirable to recommend in the curriculum so that textbooks could reflect the procedure.
